Contact Us

What Happens After You Contact Us

1. We send you the details. After you submit the form, we email you a detailed overview of what we do, how and when we do it, answers to the questions we hear most often, and our pricing and scheduling information.
2. You request a site visit. Once you have read it, reply to that email to request an educational site visit and we put you in the queue for scheduling.
3. We walk the property with you. We identify every patch of poison ivy we find, show you what to look for, and map the areas for your quote. Pricing is based on time, materials and travel, so we can't give a final price until we have seen the property.
4. We treat, twice. You don't need to be home. Anything we treat is covered by our guarantee through the next calendar year.

We respond to inquiries within one business day, often sooner. Spring and summer are our busiest seasons and we are on the road most days, so the web form is the fastest way to reach us. Calls often go to voicemail while we are with customers.
